Makeup, hair, and styling direction at your service. Recently, I worked with Noelle Haddad for a photo shoot with Sottile Fashions and we had a blast! As the owner of Image and Soul by Noelle, Haddad is no stranger to the artistry world and with fashion season being here we figured no better way to start off the week than with a style pro. Also studying for her real estate license, we were excited to connect and feature Noelle as this week’s #DivaDoingBusiness.
Q: Tell us a bit about your profession/company.
Image And Soul was birthed out of my love for beauty, fashion, and creative direction in all of its forms. My mission with Image And Soul is to step inside the modern woman’s personal world of beauty and style, enhancing her image though building confidence and capturing her individual essence.
Q: How did you get started in your career?
One day I decided to leave corporate America. I started out working for various beauty brands, and in salon environments. 12 years of experience collectively. The next step was to combine my creativity and passion for business together to start my own venture. Motherhood pushed me into taking the risk of creating my own set of rules and designing my own lifestyle.
Q: Do you have any tips for professional women?
“The best advice I can offer to fellow women in business is to take action steps towards all of your dreams, andDont ask for permission to go for it. Be ok with failure, and keep perseverance as a priority.”
Q: What do you love about working in Pittsburgh?
Pittsburgh is currently on a progressive path of change. It’s refreshing to see room being made for trailblazers in so many different industries across the board. I’m excited to have the opportunity to build at the roots of its makeover.
Q: Any big plans for the future?
I am now expanding my career into the real estate world. I believe in the power of multiple streams of income, and investing to build your brand to its best capacity. Along with beauty and fashion, I am also passionate about real estate, interior design, and travel. I’d like to say a non-profit is on the horizon as well. Giving back, serving my community and creating a legacy for my children is the truest form of success to me
